We believe that when kids start their school journey, sport is a critical area of development. It not only develops their physical capabilities but their mental capabilities too.
The benefits we see from sport include fitness, resilience, team work, communication, confidence, stress control, emotional regulation and the release of endorphins.
All kids should feel equal on the playing field. All kids have their own individual personalities and with this comes their individual strengths. We believe that kids need to understand that just because they aren't the fastest runner doesn't mean they aren't an important team member.
Every child should be able to feel the full enjoyment of being involved in sport. We are passionate about developing not only better sports people but better individuals.
